
LinkedIn is the world's leading business-focused social networking site. If you are interested in making professional connections with others in your industry that could lead to future work or partnerships, LinkedIn is the place to be. Besides traditional connection and contact the Exchange include LinkedIn asking questions answers, LinkedIn groups for people in similar industries and a variety of applications of LinkedIn that live on your profile page.
1. get introduced to the people using the connection request
If there's someone you want to contact, but you don't know them, you can request an introduction, if they are connected to someone online, or even if they are two connections, removed from you. To add this person as a connection, simply visit his or her profile and click on "get introduced through a connection", then fill in the note by setting one of your connections to make introduction and another note to the person you want to connect to.

If your business partners can see when you will travel in their town, they can request meetings with you, and all kinds of opportunities may arise. Share your travel route in your profile, click Add application profile editing window and select my travel app. you must sign up for a free account with TripIt, but then you can show your upcoming trips and see where your contacts are on a mission.

If you need advice, why ask only a handful of people when you can reach the whole community of LinkedIn, along with up to 200 contacts? To get started, simply select responses more menu at the top of the screen, and then type the query in the ask a question box. A new screen appears that allows you to add additional details and categorize your question based on the theme. You can choose to only share issue with a particular group or make it public so anyone on LinkedIn will see. =
4. join groups to talk with other
In addition to asking questions and responses to queries from other users, you can join discussion groups on the network and discuss specific topics with others. To find new groups or Manage your participation, click Group on the top panel. Then, you can see suggestions by clicking the groups you may like. You can also search for stuff that interests you, visit the groups directory, or you can even create your own groups.
5. ask for advice to improve your reputation
When potential business partners and employers look at your profile, positive recommendations really stand out. You can wait and hope that your contacts will post a recommendation without prompting, or you can request their help politely. To request a recommendation, recommendations from the menu select "profile". There you will see a list of all jobs with the number of current recommendations for each. Here you can click the Control to remove or hide recommendations you don't like or, better yet, click on the link "Set is subject to approval, and submit a request for recommendation of colleagues and business partners.
